China Radio International, (CRI) is the only overseas broadcaster in China. It offers Chinese Learning videos, audios and characters.

Clearchinese

It is a free Mandarin Chinese online course including 15 units. Each has easy-to-understand dialogues with useful phrases. Each sentence in this course is written in Chinese characters, English and pinyin, Chinese written in Latin characters. Audio is available for each sentence.

Zhongwen.com contains the complete Chinese Characters: A Genealogy and Dictionary published by Yale Press and available at Amazon.
